Communions & Confirmations
Part of us feels like The Elm Room was made for Communions and Confirmations. This stunning bright room is perfect for your child’s special day when it comes to catering for communion parties in Dublin. We understand that finding the right space for such an important milestone in your child’s life can be difficult.
This gorgeous, spacious function room has the best of both worlds. We can comfortably accommodate 40 people all the way up to 90 without the room feeling too empty or too overcrowded. If you’re looking for a small, intimate gathering, then we can arrange the furniture to compliment this need. Whereas if you’re looking for more of a confirmation party feel to it then please throw all of your confirmation party ideas towards us too and we’ll do our best to accommodate this. This private space has a homely and welcoming feel to it as soon as you step foot inside. On sunnier days in Lucan, you can extend the communion party out onto your own private terrace too.
We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your special day with family. If you’d like to organize a live band then we can cater for this too, to really get the confirmation party going! You’ll also have a fully stocked bar and service with a smile at all times – something we pride ourselves on here in the Foxhunter.
We’ve got enough parking spaces to go around to fit all of Lucan (not actually – but we have more than enough), so that’s one less thing to stress about! Or else, there’s plenty of bus routes that run from the city centre that leave you only a stone’s throw away. Bus routes that go from town include the 52, C1, C2, C3 and the C4 to name a few.

We’ve got medium platters and larger platters available. Both of these serve 10 people, depending on how hungry you are!

Our medium food platter includes 10 mini burgers, 5 portions of chips, 3 portions of onion rings and 6 dipping sauces. Then our large platter includes 10 mini burgers, 5 portions of chips, 3 large chicken bites, 3 portions of onion rings and 6 dipping sauces. And of course, we’re able to change any of our burgers to vegetarian or vegan burgers upon request. We’ve also go a few event packages too if you wanted to go down that route! This is the perfect way to make it as easy as possible to get the drinks flowing and the party started!

This platter is seriously popular and is perfect for communions and confirmations for any age group. Good portions and an amazing quality of food – what more could you want for your birthday celebration!
We recommend this is plenty to suit 4 people and you can choose any 5 of the following options: Spicy chicken wings, chicken strips, cocktail sausages, beef burger sliders, vegetarian sliders, hand-cut fries, tortilla chips or onion rings. 4 dips are also included in the price. Perfect for all ages!
