The Foxhunter, Lucan’s much-loved pub, has reopened its doors after 10 years! The Lucan institution, which started its life as a roadside tavern in the early 1900s, has had an impressive refurbishment, while also retaining many of the original features.

History of The Foxhunter

We’re Dog-Friendly!

Lucan’s got a brand new dog frienly pub! There’s plenty of room for all four-legged companions big and small for them to get comfy while you sip away and maybe even enjoy a cheeky WOWBURGER.

Also, we always make sure that they’re fully hydrated by dropping over a little water bowl and if they’re well-behaved, we might even drop over one of our doggy biscuits too!
